CountryLink Ticketing Agency
![]()
The ARHS (ACT) operates a CountryLink ticketing agency and can provide tickets for any CountryLink train or bus service in NSW, or the inter-state services to Melbourne or Brisbane.
You can make CountryLink rail or coach bookings in person by visiting our Queanbeyan Railway Station office, where EFTPOS facilities are available, or by phone using your credit card and we will post you the tickets.
Alternately, email us () and tell us your travel needs, and we will make your travel arrangements.
CityRail tickets can also be provided in conjunction with your CountryLink bookings (for example, Canberra or Queanbeyan to Parramatta via Strathfield).
Holders of concession cards must attend the station to complete their booking as CountryLink require the card to be sighted before a discounted ticket will be issued.Contact times and details
